If you are picking-up our products, we highly recommend you to bring an insulated cooler bag so that they are kept frozen/cold during travel. Once home, please store them in the refrigerator or freezer as indicated on the packaging.
For example, our Fermented Oat Mylk must be stored in the refrigerator once home. For our Amazake Smoothies, they need to be kept frozen but due to freezer burns, we suggest to consume within 3 months. Once defrosted, they are good to consume within a day (24 hours).
Yes and No. Our ingredients are free from top allergens, such as dairy, soy, nuts, sesame seeds and gluten. However, we cannot guarantee that our smoothies are total allergen-free even when we take precautions as we are starting small and working in a licensed commissary kitchen at the moment. However, it is our goal to have our own facility so that we can declare allergen-free one day.
